Paige
Yoga Instructor

Yoga has been one of my greatest passions since I was very young. I've always lived a very busy and active lifestyle and yoga has always been my peace amongst the chaos. Yoga has helped me work through sports injuries I have had in the past, especially the ones I never believed I would be able to fully recover from, but through practicing yoga I was able to build the strength I needed to work through these injuries. I have spent the majority of my free time as a student in studios for many years and always participating in multiple classes each day, so the desire to become an instructor felt like a natural part of my flow.

Besides practicing yoga, the biggest passion in my life has always been traveling as I have always been keen for a fun, backpacking adventure. So, in 2020, I took off to India for a few months on a solo trip which is where I completed my 200hr YTT (Yoga Teacher Training) specializing in Hatha and Vinyasa. Traveling to India was a life changing experience for me and it was only the first step in my teaching journey.

Teaching yoga has been an exciting and new adventure for me. I love planning different yoga-flows for all styles of classes, I spend hours playing around in my free time, practicing different transitions and postures, trying to find something new to bring to each class.

It's a goal of mine to create an environment where students feel comfortable and safe while they try new poses and even if they feel silly doing them, they are able to destress and relax from anything that they might be holding onto from their day.

Becoming a yoga teacher has been an incredible journey for me so far and during every class I learn so much from my students who help me grow more and more everyday.

Thank you to my students for being my teachers, as much as I am yours,

Namaste :)
