Cancellation

If you have pre-registered for a class and cannot attend please cancel at lease 4 hours before the class start time so we can let others attend the class. If not cancelled within this time frame clients will be charged for the class.

Clients with unlimited memberships- we also ask that you cancel within this 4 hour time frame if you have pre-registered for a class and cannot attend. If not cancelled within this time frame members will incur a $5 cancellation fee on their credit card.

Please notify us in writing two weeks before if you would like to cancel your month to month unlimited membership. Note that there is a minimum three month commitment period for the monthly membership, any cancellations before this time period may incur a $35 cancellation fee.

Monthly memberships can be placed on hold for a maximum of thirty days every six months, please notify us in writing two weeks prior to doing so.

Purchases

All services purchases are non refundable and non exchangeable. Class punch-card passes and drop in passes expire one year from the date of purchase. When purchasing a membership the membership is activated on the date of the sale. Monthly auto-renew memberships will be charged every month from the date of the original purchase.
